2. Shipping Rates and Times

Shipping rates and times vary based on the destination and the product type. Please acknowledge that we are trying to ship everywhere following requests from community, thus we may wait 1-2 more days to ship in bulk in close zones. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

USA: 3-9 business days

Canada: 3-12 business days

Europe: 3-12 business days

UK: 3-9 business days

Japan: 3-9 business days

Others:  3-12 business days

Delivery prices are calculated and visible once shipping address is set in the check-out pages. Costs may vary from product type to delivery zones, from 4,99 EUR to 11,99 EUR with also specific free shipping policies, depending by delivery zone.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. However, there may be some specific locations where shipping is not immediately available due to restrictions by our supplier or previous and different costs agreements. If your address of origin is not listed, feel free to reach us and we will try to make it possible, just chill.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

International shipments may incur customs and import taxes. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any customs fees or delays due to customs processing not depending by us.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with shippers and suppliers l to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Address changes after the order can be processed manually but may not be possible. If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do for you.
