Delivery

Delivery times may vary according to availability, zone of the purchaser, product type and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn and not spoilt, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We keep the right to not refund those cases in which the products are clearly worn and or washed previously.

Returning time, products status evaluation and possible refunds are processed accordingly to carrier times and internal processes, following notification to the client.
